MCX traders complain of commodity position prices not reflecting on Zerodha, broker blames delay in exchange reports

Zerodha users reported that average prices for MCX commodity positions, including gold, silver and crude oil, were showing as “NA/0” on the Kite app. Zerodha said the issue was caused by a delay in receiving reports from the exchange and added that it was coordinating with the exchange to resolve the problem promptly.
