Prasol Chemicals fixes price band for Rs 500-cr IPO; issue to open on Sep 8

Prasol Chemicals will launch its Rs 500-crore Initial Public Offering on September 8. The company has fixed the price band at Rs 643-676 per equity share. This public offering will close on September 10 after anchor investor bidding. The IPO includes a fresh issue of Rs 80 crore and an OFS of Rs 420 crore. Proceeds will fund debt payment, working capital, and general corporate needs.
